Ashton Martini is the Founder and Chairman of The Martini Family of Companies and the Principal of Ashton Martini Development. He directs long-range residential vision, homesite and product judgment, architectural and design direction, brand, and the client experience.

His perspective is informed by a real estate career exceeding $1 billion in Houston sales, with new construction representing the majority of his work. Years spent advising discerning homeowners and working alongside architects, designers, developers, and construction teams gave Ashton a precise understanding of what separates a beautiful house from an enduring estate. He applies that experience throughout the development of every residence, from the earliest concept through completion.

A Galveston native raised in a multigenerational Texas family with longstanding ties to real estate, hospitality, and entrepreneurship, Ashton brings a legacy perspective to the firm. His leadership is grounded in personal relationships, thoughtful design, and the belief that a significant home should be created with the intention to endure.
